DELIVERY
All of our products are made to order and take 1-2 days* to be made and ready for dispatch. Our usual working days are Monday to Friday. *During peak times, dispatch times may take a little little longer.
Standard Delivery: £3 per order or FREE for orders £15+
Delivery Service: Royal Mail 1st Class.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We can only cancel or ammend orders when production hasn't begun - but please be aware this sometimes begins very quickly after an order has been placed.
So, If you have placed an order and you have changed your mind or realised you have made a mistake with any of the details then please let us know as soon as possible.
RETURNS
Returns can’t be accepted for our made to order/personalised/customised items unless faulty or damaged. If your item is faulty on arrival, please let us know.
