DELIVERY

All of our products are made to order, so please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch.

Our working days are Monday to Friday, and please take into account that during peak times orders may take a little longer to be made, packed and dispatched.

Standard delivery £1.95 / FREE for orders £15+ Estimated delivery 2-3 days after dispatch.

Delivery service

Standard delivery is Royal Mail 2nd Class/48 which has a 2 day delivery aim (but this isn't guaranteed).  You will receive a tracking number, but please be aware that you won't be able to track the parcel's journey, and it will only update when delivery is made or attempted.

Please ensure the delivery address on your order is correct.  If your order has been dispatched and the shipping address was wrong or incomplete, we are unfortunately unable to do anything to retrieve your order unless it is returned back to us.
