If you’ve placed an order but have changed your mind and would like to cancel it. Please let is know as soon as you can. All products are personalised/made to order, and sometimes production is started soon after an order has been placed. If production on your order hasn't been started, then we should be able to cancel it for you.
If you have placed an order but have made a mistake with the personalisation. Please let is know as soon as you can. If production on your order hasn't been started, then we should be able to correct it for you. However, if production has begun then unfortunately we won't be able to make any changes.
If you have placed an order but have made a mistake with the delivery address. Please let us know as soon as you can. If your order hasn't been dispatched then we should be able to amend the address for you. However, if your order has already been dispatched then we won't be able to help unless your order is returned to us.
How long should your order take to arrive? Please allow up to 3 working days (usually faster) for your order to be made, packaged and dispatched. Orders are sent by Royal Mail 48 (the business equivalent of second class post), and delivery should take 2-3 days from the dispatch date.
If your order hasn't arrived when expected? Firstly, check to see when your order was dispatched and check the delivery estimates above. Please note that estimated days are Monday to Friday and don't include weekends. If after checking you think your order is late, then please send us an email with your name, order number and address and we will look into it for you. It is always worth checking with your Royal Mail local delivery office to see if they are holding your package following an attempted delivery - a card isn't always left to let you know.
If your order has arrived but something isn't right. We are so sorry! We always check everything, but we are human and from time to time the odd mistake happens. If we have made a mistake on your order, please send us an email to let us know, and we will fix it as soon as we can.
If your order arrives and you’re not totally happy with it or it's not as expected. Send us an email to let us know what’s wrong, and we will see if there is anything we can do to help.
If you are looking for something a little bit different than advertised and would like us to make it. Please get in touch and tell us what your idea is, and we will be happy to make it for you if we can.
